A very large ivory ground embroidered coverlet, the circular central medallion with a pair of Buddhist lions playing around a silk ball. The main body delicately decorated with exotic birds, butterflies, finger citron and floral designs. The outer border with scrolling ivy vines issuing from jardinières in each corner.
